Where can I find "~/.tabby-client/agent/config.toml" on PC and how to create it manually?
I am looking for the location of the config.toml file on my PC and also need guidance on how to create it manually.

The location of the config.toml file on a PC can vary depending on the Tabby plugin and operating system.

If you are using VSCode on Windows, the default path for the config.toml file would be
C:\Users\USER_NAME\.tabby-client\agent\config.toml. -
The config.toml file is usually created automatically by the Tabby plugin and there is no need to create it manually.
