Are there OTEL endpoints available for listening?
I am getting an undefined error and no console errors. I have tried clearing cache/cookies, setting token in agent config, setting uuid in env variable. I have not tried removing sqllite db.

Yes, tabby exposes a Prometheus watcher at /metrics and supports the --oltp-endpoint argument to point to an OTEL collector.
