How to pass models.json setup at runtime?

I want to know how to pass the models.json setup at runtime in Tabby engine / tabby-client. Can it be set up externally before launching Tabby?

The models.json setup in Tabby engine / tabby-client can be passed at runtime by creating a GitHub repository. It is not possible to set it up locally. You can refer to the MODEL_SPEC.md file in the TabbyML GitHub repository for more details.
